At Brew Line Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we accept returns and issue refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and related products, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your order was lost in transit and did not arrive.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Orders where the dissatisfaction is due to personal taste preferences.

2. Timeframe for Requests

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement. Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect products).

3. Process for Returns and Refunds
  • Contact us to start the process.

  • If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back (if applicable).

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10 business days] after approval.

  • In the case of replacements, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other approved returns, shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
