Brew Line Chicago Coffee

We Built Brew Line Coffee
Because “Trust Us” Wasn’t Good Enough.

From the mountains of Huehuetenango to your mug

We’ve always loved coffee. But at some point it stopped feeling good to drink.

Many bags promised „ethically sourced,” „artisan,” or „small-batch.”

Yet the coffee often tasted bitter, heavy, or simply didn’t sit well with our bodies.

And when we asked where it really came from, the answers were vague.

Many bags say „Guatemala.” But a country isn’t a coffee farm.

Many brands say „direct trade.” But few show you the actual farmers behind the beans.

We wanted something different.

Organic coffee. Real transparency. Farmers we could actually know and trust.

Coffee that tastes clean, smooth, and feels good to drink every day.

So we built that relationship ourselves.

The Relationship Is Real. Here’s What That Means.

We work directly with the ASOBAGRI cooperative in Santa Cruz Barillas, Huehuetenango -

one of the highest coffee-growing regions in Guatemala, at altitudes between 3,280 and 6,230 ft above sea level. These are small family farmers who hold Fairtrade and organic certifications.

We know the cooperative. We know the certifications. We know the price.

Then We Roast It in Chicago. In Small Batches. And We Tell You When.

Every bag shows the roast date - not a vague „best by” date.

Because coffee should tell you when it was roasted, not how long it can sit on a shelf.

Fresh coffee tastes different. Brighter. Richer. More alive.

That’s why we roast frequently and in small batches.

Your coffee ships days after roasting - not weeks, not months.

By the time it reaches your cup, it’s still fresh enough to taste the way great coffee should.

Four Blends. Four Chicago Neighborhoods.

Each of our coffees is named after a Chicago intersection - because we’re a Chicago company,

our customers are Chicago people, and the neighborhoods aren’t just names on a bag.

Like the train lines that run through the city, our roasts connect people across neighborhoods -

carrying the rhythm, energy, and character of Chicago in every cup.

Milwaukee & Damen. Clark & Diversey. Michigan & Wacker. State & Lake.

How it all started...

Brew Line Coffee was founded by Marzena and Mirek, a couple living in Chicago who simply refused to give up their daily coffee ritual.

We believed great coffee should do three things:

• Taste exceptional

• Be sourced with real transparency

• Feel good to drink every day

Today Brew Line Coffee connects farmers in the mountains of Guatemala with coffee lovers here in Chicago - one cup at a time.

We sell online and at Chicago farmers markets. We’re not trying to be a chain or a movement or a lifestyle brand. We’re trying to be the coffee you trust - because you know exactly what it is.

Questions? Email us - we read every one.
